RSI field technicians have been specially trained to identify the source of leaks. Industry studies verify less than one in four leaks are the result of a roof defect. Identifying the source of a leak often leads to the correction of a window, wall, door, HVAC unit or eliminating a source of condensation. Our technicians are continually trained to recognize the various types of roof systems and proper techniques for addressing each. Lastly, our technicians understand how to make sure warranty compliance takes place when they are present.
